IT Tip: Vacation/ Holiday Messages

For ECF Email Accounts

Connect to https://postbox.ecf.utoronto.ca and log in* through the “webmail” interface. Click on “Options”, then “Autoresponder/Mail Forwarding.”

*To log in to the URL above, you’ll need your email address user name and password. If you do not have your email address user name and password, you may contact Yi Zhu for it at yizhu@ecf.utoronto.ca.

For utoronto Email Accounts

Connect to https://www.utorid.utoronto.ca/cgi-bin/utorid/modify.pl and log in with your UTORid and password. Click on “Autoreply” and enter your holiday message. Scroll to the bottom of the screen and click “Modification” to complete the request.
