1T0 and 0T9+PEY Students: Preparing for Graduation

After a long journey of studying and learning, convocation is just around the corner on June 16, 2010 and if you expect to graduate this spring, please consider:

If you are currently registered in the Winter Session (4W) and eligible to graduate—pending the results from your final 4W term—your Departmental Counsellor will add your name to the Convocation list. Names for June Convocation are typically added in February.

Your Counsellor will also inform Camp One Iron Ring that you are eligible and work with them to create admittance cards for the ceremony, which takes place on March 3 and 4.

If your name has been added to the June Convocation list, the Office of Convocation will send you an email communication regarding the Convocation ceremony. Make sure your email address as listed in ROSI is current as soon as possible.

When your 4W final marks—and petition results, if applicable—are available in May, your Departmental Counsellor will conduct a final assessment to confirm your eligibility to graduate. If you have any doubt regarding your eligibility to graduate, please contact your Departmental Counsellor.

Note: Official transcripts will display your degree completion status only after your Convocation ceremony.
