Take Five for Your Health

Life is busy, but that's all the more reason to take a break and think about five essential things you can do each day for your mental health: build community, stay active, try something new, explore what the campus and surroundings have to offer, and give back. Throughout October, Health & Wellness, in partnership with programs and services across campus, will be working to raise awareness around the factors that promote and influence positive mental health. Take a break. Get involved. Get connected. Visit www.healthandwellness.utoronto.ca for details and pick up a complimentary Health & Wellness clothes hanger in the Office of the Registrar.

Also this month in the Engineering Student e-News, get to know your International Transition Counsellor, apply for a Faculty grant, meet your Student Life Ambassadors and find out the latest international ranking to put U of T Engineering first in Canada.
