Healthy Bodies, Healthy Minds

The semester is now past the halfway point, and it can be easy to forget about staying healthy when the assignments, tests and projects pile up and exams are on the horizon. However, studies show that students who are physically active actually achieve better academic results than inactive peers.

Also, being in poor health during the exam period could seriously impact your semester and result in the need for petitions. Learn how you can avoid such situations by exploring health and wellness programs and services on campus.

The University of Toronto has many programs and workshops aimed at helping students to perform at their best physically, emotionally and academically. Drop-in fitness programs, wellness workshops, learning skills sessions and free flu shot clinics are just a few examples. It's worth your time to keep yourself healthy in body and mind – your transcript will thank you.
